We offer support across key areas within the Supplier Relationship Management program including category strategy development, management and implementation, supplier segmentation and spend optimisation, road maps and action plan development on key partnerships. 

These typically involve areas such as the revision and alignment of common goals and metrics across internal functions and external third party Marcomms suppliers and/or Agencies.

We provide a full commercial review of Agency processes to identify any inefficiencies, resulting in the implementation of better practices and operational efficiencies. 

We also provide a full commercial review of a client’s Agency & third party Marcomms partner roster covering all forms of spend analysis, contract evaluation, compensation models including PRIP KPI and possible consolidation planning.

We can undertake a contractual compliance Audit of any Agencies and/or third party Marcomms suppliers and can assist with the RFP and the assessment of the RFP responses.

In addition, we can assist with the identification and implementation of contractual and procedural changes required from the Audit to ensure that the procedural or contractual non-compliance is eradicated, that non-compliance will not recur and that any resulting fee savings can be realized.

We offer cross-functional client training on the need for transparency. Through live exercises we can help develop keen transparency skills and introduce new ways of working with an understanding of Agency strategies and advice regarding negotiation tactics.

Our training will equip you and your team with an assessment and mitigation of any risk from contractual non-compliance, will review existing levels of Agency transparency and accountability in the contract and will recommend any likely improvements.

In many Agency and Marcomms supplier contracts, there are commitments to certain levels of compliance that cover these policy initiatives yet there is very little review of the actual levels of compliance from either party.

We provide a thorough review and audit of all Agency and third party Marcomms suppliers to enable a comprehensive validation of their levels of compliance in this space. On the resolution of any non-compliance we can offer recommendations on any improvements that can be implemented going forward.
